Workspace feature
Client workspaces that keep every brand’s evidence separate
Agencies and multi-brand teams need findings that never leak between clients. Each workspace holds its own scans, snapshots, research and tasks, colleagues get access per client, and reports explain the work in plain language.
What it is for
The question it answers
“How do we keep many brands organised?”
Mixing two clients’ snapshots in one list is how mistakes reach a client meeting. Client workspaces give every brand its own home: its websites, ChatGPT snapshots, favourite prompts, competitor comparisons, research and completed tasks.
Team access lets you turn client access on or off for each colleague and set a role for every assignment, so a writer can work on two clients while an account lead oversees ten. Reports pull the findings and completed work together so you can explain progress without exporting screenshots.
Inputs, workflow and outputs

Create workspaces
Set up a workspace for each client or brand, with its website address.
Assign the team
Turn client access on or off for each colleague and choose a role per assignment.
Work per client
Run scans, snapshots and research inside the right workspace so evidence stays separate.
Report
Produce a report of findings and completed tasks to share with the client or leadership.
You get
- Separate, organised evidence per client
- Per-client access and roles for each team member
- Reports explaining findings and completed work
- A clear audit trail of what was done for whom
Who benefits
Who gets the most from it

- Account leads
- See every client’s progress without asking for status updates.
Illustrative example
A four-person agency with twelve clients
Illustrative example, not customer data. A boutique agency adds AI search reporting to its retainers.
Twelve client workspaces, each with its website and favourite prompts.
Two writers are assigned to six clients each; the account lead has access to all twelve.
Each client gets a refreshed scan, re-run snapshots and two to four shipped tasks.
Each client receives a plain-language report of what was observed and what was done.
Limitations
What it does not do
Honest limits help you set the right expectations with stakeholders. See the general FAQ for more.
- The number of client workspaces, websites and team members depends on your plan.
- Reports describe observations and completed work. They do not report Google rankings or guarantee outcomes.
- Workspace owners are responsible for removing access when a colleague leaves or a client ends.
Questions
Client workspaces, team access and reports: frequently asked questions
Can I give a colleague access to only some clients?
Yes. Access is set per client assignment, with a role for each.
How many workspaces do I get?
Starter includes 1, Professional 5 and Agency 25 client workspaces. See the plans page for current limits.
Can clients log in themselves?
Access is managed through team access. Many agencies prefer to share reports rather than workspace access.
