Subscription Terms
Last updated: 13 October 2026 · App Creators Pty Ltd (ABN 12 703 047 803)
1. Operator, eligibility and agreement
AI Search Console is operated by App Creators Pty Ltd (ABN 12 703 047 803), Australia. Open a ticket through our Contact or Support page for billing, support and legal enquiries. These terms apply to business customers worldwide; account holders must be at least 18 and authorised to act for their organisation.
By creating an account or subscribing after being shown these terms, you agree to them on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. If you do not agree, do not create an account or purchase a subscription. Our Privacy Notice explains personal information handling.
2. What the service provides
The service helps businesses review AI search visibility, website content, traffic and improvement opportunities. AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. Review results before acting. We do not guarantee search rankings, mentions, citations, traffic, revenue or any particular business outcome.
Features marked “planned” are not currently available and are not a commitment to a delivery date. Third-party platforms can change their availability and behaviour. Analyses are informational, not professional legal, financial or other regulated advice.
3. Plans, prices and usage
Monthly prices are USD $39 for Starter, USD $129 for Professional and USD $299 for Agency, including applicable taxes. Your bank may impose currency conversion or other charges outside our control. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.
The plan comparison describes available features and capacity limits. Usage and capacity are measured across the account owner’s workspaces; collaborators use the owner’s plan. Team seats include the owner and pending invitees, deduplicated across owned workspaces.
AI Search Audits, Website Audits and ChatGPT Snapshots each have a separate monthly allowance of 5, 30 or 150 for Starter, Professional or Agency respectively. These usage allowances reset at the start of each calendar month in UTC, independently of your payment renewal date, and unused allowances do not roll over. Ordinary failed requests are refunded to the usage allowance.
Existing owners granted grandfathered free access keep that access and are not required to subscribe. Creating a new account does not confer grandfathered eligibility.
4. 14-day trial and automatic charging
A card is required for the 14-day trial. One trial is available per account, on its first subscription only. At the end of the trial, the selected plan’s monthly price is automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial expires. The billing screen shows your trial end date.
You authorise Stripe to charge the selected subscription and subsequent renewals. Review the amount and timing shown at checkout. Returning subscribers are not entitled to another trial.
5. Cancellation
Cancel through Plans → Manage billing at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the current trial or paid billing period ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge, or before the next renewal to avoid the next monthly charge.
If you cannot access the billing portal, open a support ticket promptly for help. Closing a browser, disconnecting an integration or deleting a workspace is not a subscription cancellation.
When a subscription ends, paid or plan-limited actions may become unavailable. Cancellation does not automatically erase saved data. Contact support separately to request deletion.
6. Refunds and mandatory rights
We do not routinely refund partial months, unused time or unused allowances when you cancel. This does not limit refunds or other remedies required by applicable law, including non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
For an incorrect charge, service problem or legally required refund, open a support ticket with the account email, charge date and explanation. Do not send full payment-card details. We assess requests on their circumstances and applicable law; this policy does not make statutory remedies discretionary.
7. Changes, failed payments and plan limits
Review the amount and timing displayed in the billing portal before confirming a plan change. Changes may produce prorated charges or credits. If a payment fails or a subscription expires, access to paid actions may be restricted without deleting saved workspace data.
A downgrade can leave your account above its new capacity. You may need to reduce usage or upgrade before adding resources. History windows govern access, not deletion. We will give advance notice of material price or subscription changes and an opportunity to cancel before a changed renewal, as required by law.
8. Your content and responsible use
You retain your rights in content you supply. You grant us permission to process, store and transmit that content to provide the service, including to the providers described in the Privacy Notice. You must have authority to submit client information, connect analytics properties and share workspace data.
Keep account access secure. Do not use the service unlawfully, submit material that infringes others’ rights, attempt unauthorised access, evade subscription limits, disrupt the service or distribute malicious code. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information.
We retain our rights in the service, software and branding. Third-party content remains subject to its owners’ rights; AI-generated material is not guaranteed to be exclusive or free from third-party claims.
9. Availability, suspension and liability
We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful activity, serious misuse or unpaid subscriptions, and provide notice where appropriate and lawful. Contact support to dispute a restriction or request account closure.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated in these terms. Nothing excludes or limits liability, consumer guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms do not remove your mandatory local rights.
10. Governing law, disputes and updates
These terms are governed by applicable Australian law, subject to any mandatory protections in your jurisdiction. No particular Australian state or exclusive court venue is designated here. Please contact us first about a dispute so we can try to resolve it; this does not prevent you exercising legal rights.
Material changes will be notified in the service or by email as appropriate, with an opportunity to stop using the service or cancel before they take effect where required. The revision date identifies this version. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued statutory rights.
